In February 2009, the Company entered into an agreement to sell its shares in SEN, which closed on March 30, 2009.Axcelis Technologies, Inc. announced that for the second quarter of 2010, it expects total revenues to increase another 15%-20%. .xcelis Technologies, Inc. announced that it has received a multiple system order for the Optima HDx high current implanter from one of the semiconductor manufacturers in Asia.
