MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - Jun 8, 2011) - Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ). The survey of the racing venue is in the final stages, and should be finished in the next couple of days. Mr. Swank has set up a meeting to be held in Florida, on the 17th and 18th of June. Present will be the President and Vice-President of the horse racing commission and the International Boxing Federation officials. The main goal of this meeting is to discuss all aspects of the acquisition and finalize the details of a World Title match to be held around September or October of this year. The horse racing commission president has clearly stated that CGAQ's plans for the horse track are exactly what it needs. Boxing is one of the many events that the company plans, due to the capacity and location, many other events like wrestling and concerts are being considered.



Meetings with government officials have taken place for the software deal; CGAQ's CEO Mr. Steven Swank has had very positive feedback from the officials in regards to this transaction. Due to the technicality, and other delicate aspects, the details of this project can't be published until a contract is signed. CGAQ is moving forward with its kiosk project, Puerto Plata slot parlor has been open for seven days, lottery sales locations are near completion, and all other projects are still in the working stages or have been completed. updates to be given on a weekly or bi weekly basis.
